Business Hours are Tuesday-Sunday. Any appointment outside of the normal business hours will incur an additional $50 fee added to the service. This also includes Early Morning Appointments. Please email or text to inquire. Any appointment before 7am or after 9pm will incur $100 fee.
Tuesday- Thursday 10am till 6pm
Friday- 10am till 7pm
Saturday- 9am till 6pm
Sunday- 9am till 3pm
Bridal Inquires: Please send an email for ALL bridal inquires and quotes
Holiday Policy: All Holiday Appointments must add the Holiday fee on to service. If Holiday fee is not added it will be manually added and an email will be sent to you to advise of updated service. This is for ALL major holidays i.e (Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, New Year Eve, New Year Day, Valentines, Easter, 4th of July)
There is ONLY a 10 Minute grace period. After 10 mins the appointment is canceled NO EXCEPTIONS.
A $25 non-refundable retainer is due to secure appointment AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. PLEASE BE DEPOSIT READY SO THAT YOU’RE ABLE TO SECURE YOUR DESIRE DATE AND TIME.
On the day of service the remaining balance can be paid via Cash or Zelle
If you must use CashApp on the day of service there is a $2.00 convenience fee added to your remaining balance.

NO PHONES WHILE BEING SERVICED!!!!!! Please come to enjoy the experience 😊 your phone can be a distraction.
Please come with a CLEAN FACE. There should be absolutely NO MAKEUP on your face.
Please come with your Eyebrows groomed. If I have to groom your eyebrows that will be an additional $7 to service. If you would like me to Groom them please add the service to your appointment.
YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE ONE TIME!!! ANYTHING AFTER THAT WILL REQUIRE ANOTHER NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER!!!!! Please text or email me before rescheduling your appointment.
Cancelation Policy: Please provide at least a 24 hour notice via text or email if you are unable to make your appointment. If you cancel anytime after the 24 hours your card will be charged for 100% of service, This Also includes NO CALL/NO SHOW. If cancellation is due to Me a refund will be issued immediately. If You (client) cancels there will be no deposit refunded. Once the appointment is canceled the deposit is voided and non-transferable.
Once your appointment is secure, a confirmation text will be sent to you providing the address and Instructions. Please read the confirmation in full as it will answer all questions you might have for your scheduled appointment.
